Yes we carry full insurance to undertake work in commercial and domestic properties and we are registered with Gas Safe, TrustATrader and Check-a-Trade. All our engineers are highly qualified and experienced, having served full apprenticeships up to a level 3 standard.
Out of hours, anything which is causing significant water damage within your home constitutes an emergency. If your boiler is broken and you have no heating but are elderly or vulnerable, we will class this as an emergency also.
If you smell gas, this is an urgent situation and you must turn off your gas meter and open all doors and windows to ventilate the area. Call the gas emergency service provider on 0800111999. Do not operate any electrical appliance or switches and leave the property while you wait for them to arrive. They will make your property safe and we will come out to do any repairs the next day.
It’s always quicker and easier if we have a clear space to work. If possible please clear the area where the job is located to allow us easy access to the problem. As we may need to turn your water supply off for a short while, it is worth filling up the kettle in preparation and ensuring you have no washing machine or dishwasher cycles running

Please give us as much information as possible about the job, include your address and phone number, and let us know when you would like an appointment.
As soon as your appointment is made, you will get a booking confirmation email. Then you’ll receive a reminder of your appointment 24 hours before we arrive. On the day itself, your engineer will text you when we are on their way and include a tracking link which will give you a live time frame so you know exactly when to expect us.
Generally we work in morning (8-12), and afternoon slots (12-17:00) – but depending on cancellations and availability, we can sometimes offer a more specific time when we are able to.

We understand that plans change. Please just inform the office in advance of your appointment if you can no longer make it. Failure to notify us before your engineer arrives will mean we still have to invoice you for the call out.

Again, this varies hugely depending on your job but there are some average timings. Small jobs are normally completed within 2 hours, boiler swaps take 1-2 days and full heating system swaps from 3-5 days. A brand new heating system installation takes around 5 days and new bathrooms 1-3 weeks. When you book, we will visit you to quote for larger jobs and can offer a more detailed timescale then.
Yes we offer both to all customers. We will visit you in your home or premises to discuss larger or more complex jobs, offering free advice, planning and then detailed estimates. There is no obligation for this service.
Yes – we can either put you in touch with a plumber over the phone for simple queries or we can come out to see you.
We accept cash, card, cheque and BACS, payable at the end of the appointment or upon receipt of our invoice in the following few days.
